Some professionals of the Privacy, Training and Consultancy fields established the Association Data Protection Officer to offer a reference point to its members to discuss and deepen the issues related to the application of the European and Italian regulations regarding privacy and data protection.
In particular, the Association is directed to support and develop the activities of the Data Protection Officer, Privacy Advisers, Responsibles of the Data Protection and Chief Privacy Officers, by comparing and exchanging information among its members.

Over the years, the ASSO DPO Congress has been attended by speakers, DPOs, and experts in the field at the national
and international level, including components of the Data Protection Authority and members of the International
