This service, available through the appropriate form, is activated by ASSO DPO pursuant to art. 2 paragraph 4 of Law no. 4/2013 in favor of consumer citizens in order to obtain general information relating to professional activity and quality standards required to its members, as well as to report any complaints connected to a dispute with individual professionals pursuant to article 27-ter of the Codice del consumo, as per legislative decree 6 September 2005, n. 206. The Association undertakes to the agreed resolution of the dispute reported by the consumer.
