Anna Pouliou is Partner at Deloitte.

Formerly Head of Privacy at Chanel in Paris.

She is also one of the 27 members of the GDPR Multi-stakeholder Expert Group and advises the European Commission for the implementation of the GDPR, as Business Europe representative.

Anna is a member of the Scientific Commission of the Italian association ASSO DPO and is part of the editorial board of the legal megazine Data Protection Leader.

She is a speaker in the privacy and regulatory fields. She speaks fluently Greek, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and is currently studying German.

Prior to Chanel, Anna was Corporate Privacy & Data Protection Leader for GE in Brussels, supporting GE in the European market on a wide range of privacy law issues.

She was previously Senior Counsuel at First Data Corporation in Frankfurt, responsible for privacy and regulatory compliance issues, as well as for public policies of the European Union.

Prior to that, she was a consultant to Euroclear Bank SA / NV (formerly Morgna Guaranty Trust Company of New York), Bank of New York Mellon and National Bank of Greece.

Her experience is focused in the areas of privacy, data protection, information security, antitrust, corporate compliance, financial services, e-payments and public affairs of the European Union.

Anna graduated from the Aristole University of Thessaloniki in Greece and graduated from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium. She also completed several studies, including an ACC mini MBA master's degree at the University of Boston in the USA, she attended some international and European law courses at the Rijksuniversiteit Gent in Belgium and finally completed a gender and multicultural studies program at the university of Utrecht in the Netherlands. Since 1999 he is a member of the Thessaloniki Bar in Greece and a former member of the Belgian IJE and ACC.

She was director of the TABC committee in 2013.
