Monica Lippa is an attorney who porvides legal assistance to public bodies and multinational corporations.

Before founding the Monica Lippa Law Firm, she gained many years of experience in the legal field as a consultant in major notarial firms. Recently, she was appointed Attorney at the Gianni Origoni (GOP) Law Firm in Milan, at the Privacy and New Technologies Department.

A Data Protection Officer certified by Bureau Veritas Italia S.p.A. according to the new UNI: 11697:2017 scheme. She is also certified as a Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E) and as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) according to the ISO 17024:2012 standard, as well as a Valuator and Auditor according to the ISDP 10003:2020 scheme. Additionally, she is part of a support team in the implementation of integrated management systems compliant with UNI EN ISO 22301:2014, UNI CEI ISO/IEC 27001:2014, and ISO/IEC 27018:2014 standards.
