Expert in corporate crimes under Legislative Decree 231/01 and member of the Supervisory Bodies also for companies in the Como area. 

Speaker at numerous events throughout Italy on Privacy and Compliance 231 topics, lecturer in CAS GDPR courses and Master in ICT System, Security and Cybercrime at SUPSI (Professional University of Southern Switzerland), and author of several books on the EU Privacy Regulation. 

Creator of various digital columns such as Privacy Mug and Privacy Report, available on LinkedIn. Founding Partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Privacy Desk Suisse SA. 

Founding Partner and President of ASSO DPO Italia. Founding Member of the Association for the Regulation of Artificial Intelligence, AIRIA.

• FIP (Fellow of Information Privacy) issued by IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals).
