Solicitor admitted to the Court of Cassation, Partner at Studio Previti Associazione Professionale, Head of the Department of “Intellectual Property Law, Internet Law and Unfair Competition”.
He specialises in data protection, new technology law, intellectual property and industrial property law, artificial intelligence, social media law, legal informatics, communications law, and civil and commercial law.
Former member of the Personal Data Protection Commission of the National Bar Council. Co-founder of Salotto Privacy, Executive Director of Lex Digital and the Internet Law Observatory, and member of the IAIC (Italian Academy of Internet Code) and the Centre for Legal Informatics Studies, he was also president of the Circolo Giuristi Telematici.
Since 2009, he has collaborated with the Chair of Legal Informatics and Forensic Informatics at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna, where, since 2010, he has also been a subject expert in Legal Informatics.
Since 2019, he has been a lecturer on the ‘Law and Business’ Master’s programme at the Business School of Il Sole 24 Ore.
