Holding a Master degree in International Studies and Economics and a Global Executive MBA at IESE, she is known for her customer-obsessed approach and she excels in leading diverse teams towards collaborative success. Living and working in 3 different countries for the last 18 years and currently happy in Madrid with her German husband, Susanna is a champion of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, deeply dedicated to Women’s empowerment. 

As a Country Manager at OneTrust, Susanna’s team is dedicated to guiding companies through their Trust Transformation journey, turning compliance into a powerful competitive advantage that drives substantial business impact.
