Giuseppe Izzo is Professor at Pontifical University Antonianum, Faculty of Philosophy, General Director of the Cybersecurity Departmental Area at CUIRIF - International University Center for Research and Innovation, as well as PECB member no. 157388. He has extensive experience in the design, development and implementation of advanced cybersecurity solutions. Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations of all sizes, supporting them in protecting their systems against cyber attacks, malware and numerous other digital threats. He is also a lecturer at the Berna / Endofap Institute in Mestre, within a project promoted by the Veneto Region, contributing to the training of new generations in the field of cybersecurity and technological innovation. Regional Delegate for Veneto at ASSO DPO, member Federprivacy. He is an expert in data analysis and cyber risk management, as well as contact person for the Northeast for TIM Enterprise and Telsy SPA in relation to NIS 2 compliance and ISO 27001 certifications.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of major operating systems, networks, and security protocols. He is experienced in the use of security tools such as firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection systems (IDS) and intrusion prevention systems (IPS). From 2016 to November 30, 2023, Giuseppe served as Sole Director of UESE ITALIA S.p.A.. Concurrently, he is Director and Founder of IWZ International Ltd. a London-based Certification Body and IWZ FZCO Certificate, an EIAC-accredited Body in the United Arab Emirates.
Joseph is a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and 27032 Guardian Certification and TNV Certification, with qualifications from Exemplar Global for information security systems management (IS), management systems audit (AU) and audit team leadership (TL). Creator of NotaryIT, a digital signature software based on NFT technology, Giuseppe has launched platforms such as Signed.eu, Energy Blockchain, Biometricpass, guardiansoc.co.uk, esimonline.uk and is part of the European Public Register of Signed Digital Documents project team.
