He began his activity in 1994 in the fields of software development, software engineering and IT consultancy working for various companies (including companies of the Elsag-Datamat Spa group, now SELEX Elsag Spa), he graduated in Computer Science at the University of Eagle with a thesis on DNA Microarrays.

In 2005, parallel to the IT activity, he began his clinical activity at the Clinical Research Center of the Center of Excellence for Aging Studies (CeSI, Chieti), where he has been IT manager for 8 years, responsible for ‘Unit of Statistics and data protection officer in clinical trials on drugs.

Co-author of several scientific publications, he continues his activity in the field of clinical trials on drugs and medical devices on behalf of Contract Research Organizations while he begins a regulatory consultancy activity for various pharmaceutical companies in the field of drug registration, devices veterinary doctors and biocides. In particular, since 2012 he has covered the duties of IT manager, software development manager and privacy manager (later DPO) for the company opeNETica srl, operating on the national territory on Integrated Management of Pathologies, Diagnostic Therapeutic and Assistance Paths (PDTA) projects, Chronic Care Models and Data Protection in General Practice.
